Location
This finca is set in the Benamargosa valley close to the delightful and charming village of Cútar. Access to the property is via Cútar and the normal road network, then 100m along the river bed, or directly along the Cútar stream bed, which is a shorter journey of five minutes from the road near Salto del Negro. There are several working fincas dotting the landscape and the area is very peaceful with a feeling of calm and privacy. The large villages of Riogordo and Benamargosa are within a short drive, whilst the airport at Málaga is approximately forty-five minutes away.
Property
The property's main feature is the 10.000m² extension of good quality land. At present mango, grape, avocado, orange and lemon are grown. There is ample terrain to expand this production. A building presently exists on the land that is used for storage, measuring only 30m² and split on two levels. The building is in very good condition and has a south facing aspect. In addition to mains electricity and water the plot has its own borehole which provides more than enough water for the present owners' needs. An irrigation system has also been installed.
Remarks

- Rear of the house
Whilst the land is not all on a level footing there is great potential to construct a large private house, subject to planning permission. In addition, one could maximise the land to its full capacity by growing other varieties of produce, and in greater quantities.
