Land
This plot is situated in a valley below the lovely village of Frigiliana. It’s accessed by a partially cemented track and can be reached with an ordinary car. Driving time from the plot to the coast at Nerja is only ten minutes.
The land was formerly an avocado plantation. Cultivation ceased some years ago, but there are still quite a few healthy trees in the lower part of the plot which could easily be saved. The land covers one side of a ridge from the top to the bottom of the valley. Facing south-west, the upper part of the plot enjoys views of the Mediterranean and surrounding farmlands. The water from a well on the land has been certified as drinkable. Mains electricity is connected.
