The villa is located above the Lake Viñuela, a few minutes from Los Romanes in a small hamlet which has undergone some development in recent years. In the immediate area there are shops and bars/restaurants. The nearest place to eat is only a few hundred meters away. The Costa del Sol with its beaches, golf courses and shopping are only a half hour´s drive. Málaga and its international airport are about an hour away.
Property
The villa is located off the tarmac road to Los Romanes. You enter into the property over a gravel covered parking area. Via a large, fully equipped kitchen you enter into a hall leading into the beautiful sitting/dining room which has an open fireplace. Off here is the main bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom.
