In front of the house is a pleasant bamboo shade covered terrace, which is accessible both from the kitchen and living room. Next to the compact but fully fitted kitchen is a laundry room with shower and WC and plumbing for a washing machine. On one side of the living room there is a bedroom, on the opposite side a bathroom with shower. There are two staircases leading off the living room; one goes upstairs to a double bedroom which has a ´mezzanine´feel, the other leads downstairs to the third bedroom.

This village house is located in a quiet side street of Benamargosa, only a few minutes by foot from various bars, shops and supermarkets. Lively coastal resorts are some twenty minutes away by car. Although not far from the beaches of the Costa del Sol and various Andalucian historical monuments and famous cities, it is possible to spend quiet and peaceful time here in this small village.

The old wooden ceiling beams have been restored and all the floors are tiled with traditional clay tiles. The property is perfect as a holiday home inland of the Costa del Sol.
