Location
This house is located in Benamargosa, a village in the Axarquía whose livelihood is based on agriculture. The area is always green, as a result of the many citrus and avocado plantations running alongside the river. In the village are several supermarkets, banks and bars and restaurants. There is also a health centre and an open air swimming pool set in an attractive park near to the river. It is a half hour drive to the coast at Torre del Mar and an hour to Málaga city.

The small house is directly behind the village church and is reached via a pedestrian passageway. You can bring the car reasonably close to the house, but there is suitable parking available in the village. Via the front door you enter into the sitting room. Beyond is a bathroom and a fitted kitchen. A staircase leads off the sitting room to the first floor of the house, where there are two bedrooms, one of which has a small balcony. The house has been completely renovated and is ready to move into.
