Location

This property belongs to the municipality of Comares, a typical Andalucian village founded by the Moors. Its location on the crest of a hill gives it fantastic 360 degree views. In the village there are bars, restaurants and shops where you can buy all day to day necessities. There are also two hotels, banks and a health centre, as well as a summer opening public swimming pool. The beaches on the Costa del Sol are about half an hour away and Málaga city about an hour. The key cities of Andalucia (Córdoba, Seville and Granada) are all within a couple of hours drive.

This attractive rustic style farmhouse lies a few minutes away from the village and is reached via a short track in good condition. You enter into a spacious hallway through wonderful old double wooden doors. From this hallway is access to two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite facilities, the kitchen and the dining room. From the kitchen there is access to a large courtyard with swimming pool. There are great views from here across the hills and mountains of the Axarquía. Also accessible from the courtyard is a self contained apartment with open plan sitting room / kitchen area, a bathroom and bedroom. The property has been built to a very high standard and there are many Andalucian and Moorish details.
