Location

This five year old villa lies off the road linking Benamargosa and Cútar and has views across the river bed with its avocado and citrus plantations, as well as the outlying hills. Benamargosa, some five minutes drive away, has two supermarkets, lots of small shops, and a few bars and restaurants. There is also a primary school, a health centre and an open air municipal swimming pool. The beaches of the Costa del Sol are half an hour´s distance, and Malaga, the most modern city of Andalucia, can be reached in an hour.

Property

This villa is located off a small, little used tarmac road in a quiet countryside setting. From the shaded terrace you enter directly into the fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob and washing machine. From here a corridor leads to all the other rooms of the villa. First there is the bathroom, following on from which you reach on the left the sitting room, which has a built in chimneyplace, and a small bedroom. On the right are three further bedrooms and the larger second bathroom. Walking around the side of the villa and passing the swimming pool which is under construction, you reach a staircase which leads up to the roof terrace. There are great views from here across the hills and valleys of the Axarquia.

The view

There are many possibilities regarding the large area of land. Mains electricity is connected and water supply is garanteed by the property´s own well. Below the villa on a separate level of the plot is a large water container which is currently being used as a storeroom.
