Location

This renovated village house is located in a quiet side street of Benamargosa. The shops, bars and restaurant in the village are only a short walk away. There are banks and a health centre in Benamargosa, as well as a summer opening swimming pool. Velez-Malaga, with good shopping facilities, is only 15 minutes by car and the beaches of the Costa del Sol at Torre del Mar are 20 minutes. Malaga´s international airport is an hour away.

When you enter into the house, you find yourself in the sitting room which has a wood burning stove. To the left is a dining room, beyond which is the fitted kitchen with oven and hob. From the kitchen you can exit into the typical Andalucian patio. Beyond the sitting room there is another living room which is fitted with a heating and cooling system. You access the bathroom off this second living room, and via a staircase the first floor which has two double bedrooms and one single.
