Location
This Finca is located in La Alqueria, a small hamlet below Comares. Its south facing location offers lovely views over the mountain ranges and the Mediterranean Sea. Comares is reached in 15 minutes by car. Here you find shops, where to buy everything for daily life as well as several bars, restaurants, a health centre and a public swimming pool that is open in summer. Vélez Málaga and the beaches of the Costa del Sol are reached within 45 minutes by car and it is one hour drive to Málaga.
Property
This old finca is part of an old farmhouse and can be restored. According to the property register it consists of a built area of 66 square meters on a plot of 1800 square meters. At the moment the house consists of two rooms and has to be restored and/or extended. Water and electricity are on the plot.
