Location

This villa is located just off the road to Comares, only about ten minutes drive shy of the village itself. Here there are various shops for everyday items. Benamargosa village is only fifteen minutes drive away, and Velez-Málaga and the beaches of the Costa del Sol can be reached in about forty minutes. Málaga city and its international airport can be reached in an hour.

View towards the kitchen

The newly built property is reached directly off the tarmac road. The villa, which is built on one floor only, has a sitting room with open fireplace and an open plan kitchen to one side. Via a corridor you reach the bathroom and three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms have built in wardrobes. The villa is tastefully tiled throughout and there is a shaded veranda at the front entrance.

Pool under construction

There is a large flat area surrounding the villa – it is up to the new owner to decide which areas should be tiled and where they would like flower beds/borders to be made, which the builder will then carry out. The swimming pool will also be completed at that time. There are several olive trees growing on the land.
