Location
This town house is located in a sunny street only minutes on foot from the main square of the village, Plaza Almijara. Shops, banks and popular bars and restaurants are all conveniently close by as well. Although the street is narrow, cars can be brought to the door for the unloading of shopping, suitcases etc. There is plenty of parking space nearby.
Property
The street door opens into a hallway. Immediately on the right there is a bathroom with a shower. From the hall some steps take you up into a fitted / kitchen / breakfast / dining-room with an old Andalusian fireplace. On the upper level there is a double bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the street. The stairs continue up to a living-room from where a rather steep wooden staircase takes you up to the roof terrace. From the terrace there are nice views of the village rooftops and the wooded hills around the town.
Remarks
Mains water and mains electricity are connected. The property has been nicely renovated and would be ideal as a holiday home. Because of the layout of the house and the type of access to the roof terrace the house would be more suitable for younger, energetic people.
