Location

This village house is located in a quiet side street of Benamargosa, only a few minutes by foot from various bars, shops and supermarkets. Lively coastal resorts are some twenty minutes away by car. Although not far from the beaches of the Costa del Sol and various Andalucian historical monuments and famous cities, it is possible to spend quiet and peaceful time here in this small village. There is a summer opening municipal swimming pool and a health centre.

The house is built over two floors. The ground floor has a sitting room, two smaller rooms, a large room which has been used as the bathroom and a storage room. At first floor level there is a kitchen, one very large room and one small room. This last needs a new roof. Both the ground and first floors have separate entrances.
