The shell includes 4 floors of which the basement is designed to be the underground car park. Each of the storeys has a surface of about 200 m². The building can be divided into several different apartments.
Location
This shell is located in the Andalucian town of Riogordo at approximately 30 minutes from Velez Malaga. In the village there are several shops, bars and restaurants and a variety of crafts and business. Also there is a public school, a health centre and a public swimming pool which is open during the summer months. It takes 45 minutes to drive to Malaga and slightly over 30 minutes to reach the beaches of the Costa del Sol.
Remarks
There is a possibility to build a house divided into flats and business units or a small hotel.
