Location
This plot is located off the road from Benamargosa to Cutar and is facing south east. Benamargosa is reached within 5 minutes by car and has shops with everyday essentials, there are bars, restaurants, banks and much more. To Velez Malaga and the beaches of the Costa del Sol it is about half an hours´ drive.
Property
The plot is located right next to the tarmac road. An access road and a platform for the future house to be built have been created. Water should be supplied by a well that has to be dug and electricity needs to be connected.

A building permission respecting the actual directions needs to be applied for in Cutar.
