Property
This four year old villa is located off a good track about a kilometer from the road which links Triana and Benamargosa. The house stands on a spacious flat piece of land which is partly terraced with tiles and gravel. Near the house is the pool with its own terrace and a veranda. You enter into the property via a second covered terrace area, directly into the sitting room which has a wood burning stove. Beyond is a modern fitted kitchen, a separate WC and the part of the house containing two small bedrooms – both with en-suite shower rooms – as well as the master bedroom and bathroom, which has a large fitted wardrobe/cupboard. Outside the property there is a storeroom and there is also a garage.
Remarks
The property has its own well and is mostly planted with fruit trees. Despite its quiet and peaceful location this property is located in the midst of the Costa del Sol.
Location
The nearest village, Triana, has two small supermarkets as well as bars and restaurants. The coast at Torre del Mar can be reached in a half hour, and Málaga city is about an hour´s drive from here.
