Via a terrace with pergola you enter into the house, directly into a hallway and corridor. To the left is the sitting room, with chimney place and built in seating area, as well as the integral open plan fitted kitchen (furnished with oven, fridge and washing machine). The two double bedrooms are on the right hand side of the house. At the end of the corridor is the bathroom, with full length bath. The house is newly built, completely tiled and has wooden doors and windows. The ceilings all have plaster decorations. The plot around the house is flat and planted with cypress trees. There is a stone built fountain near to the house. The house is to be sold fully furnished. Mains water and electricity are connected and a telephone connection, via satellite, is possible.

View to Almáchar

There are wonderful views across Almáchar village towards the sea from both the house and the plot. Although the garden hasn´t yet been developed or planted, there is enough room for a barbecue area, a vegetable garden. Subject to permission, it may be possible to build a swimming pool. The house would be suitable for permanent or holiday use.

Location

The entrance

The villa is located close to a tarmac road which serves Loma de Cútar, between Benamargosa and Almáchar. Almáchar and Benamargosa are some 5-10 minutes away. In both villages you will find supermarkets, bars and restaurants, as well as health centres, banks and schools. Velez-Malaga with its good shopping facilities and the beaches of Torre del Mar on the Costa del Sol are both within a 25 minute drive. Malaga city can be reached in an hour.
