The villa has a spacious parking area with room for three cars. From here there is access to the ground floor of the property, which is a space of 70m² to be used as either a garage or store room. The first floor of the house is orientated towards the south and west with large tiled and covered terraces. There is a large, 70m² sitting room with an open fireplace and fully fitted kitchen, as well as a guest bedroom and a bathroom. At first floor level there are two further bedrooms and a large bathroom – with bath – and a south facing roof terrace. The entire property is well insulated and has double glazed windows. All the floors are tiled and the bathrooms have attractive Moroccan details – everywhere there are small reminders of Andalucian or Arabic traditions.
