La Molina, a small hamlet belonging to the municipality of Cútar, is to be found some ten minutes by car from Benamargosa on the main road to Riogordo. Being located in the river valley, it is surrounded by avocado and citrus plantations. In Benamargosa there are various shops, bars and restaurants. Velez-Malaga with its great shopping facilities and Torre del Mar with its beaches are both approximately half an hour´s drive away.

This very tastefully renovated semi-detached country house is 50 meters off the main road in amongst the orchards. There is an enclosed patio and a terrace beneath which there is still a small garden area. On the ground floor there is a sitting room, a fully fitted kitchen and a wonderful bathroom. On the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a sitting area and the other with 2 single beds, and a small hallway. The house has been beautifully renovated and has kept some traditionally details. The ceilings have wooden beams and lovely tiles have been used on the floors. This peaceful location is ideal for a nice and very relaxing holiday.
