Location
This spacious rustic villa is located some 10-15 minutes from the white hilltop village of Comares. In the village there are bars, restaurants and various shops. The beaches of the Costa del Sol, via Velez-Málaga, are some 45 minutes away and Malaga city is an hour´s drive. The famous cities of Andalucia - Seville, Córdoba and Granada can all be reached in 1.5 to 3 hours.
The property
The villa consists of four bedrooms sleeping 8 people, two bathrooms, a spacious sitting room, a dining room and an entrance hall. Surrounding the villa are terraces and the large swimming pool. There are lovely views across the hillsides of the Axarquia towards the Meditteranean from the covered terrace. The fully fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, a microwave as well as a traditional oven. There is also a washing machine. The sitting room has a wood burning stove to warm those cooler evenings.
