Located in the Montes de Malaga, this farmhouse is far from the hustle and bustle of the crowds on the coast, although it´s only a 45 minute drive to the capital city of the region, Málaga, and the beaches at Torre del Mar. There are great opportunities for walking, mountain biking or bird watching in this area and therefore this is a good option for those seeking a quiet, but active holiday. The property is also suitable for long term rental at a reasonable rate.

The renovated farmhouse forms part of a larger building. The other two properties in the building are not currently lived in. The house is simple but in good condition. A south facing front terrace area leads to the front door opening into the sitting room which has an open fireplace. On the same floor is the basic kitchen, the bathroom and one bedroom. At first floor level there are two further bedrooms (in total two double and two single beds).
