In the Montes de Malaga you are far away from the hustle and bustle of the coast, but only three quarters of an hour away from Málaga city and the beaches of the Costa del Sol. This property is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet away from the crowds, and is quite private. The last kilometres leading up to the villa are a dirt track in very good condition.

The villa has been built on the side of a small hill, giving it lovely views of the surrounding countryside. You enter into the sitting room, which has an open fireplace, via a large tiled terrace. There is also a TV with satellite system. From the sitting room you access the open, fully fitted kitchen, with breakfast bar. To the rear of the property there are three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two singles) and a bathroom, with shower. To one side of the house is the small swimming pool. The villa is nicely decorated in rustic style and is ideal for short term holidays or longer term rental.
