Location
This villa is located between Benamargosa and Comares at about 250 metres altitude and offers panoramic views over the Axarquia and the Mediterranean Sea. The villages of Benamargosa and Comares are reached in about 10 minutes by car. They offer shopping facilities as well as bars, restaurants, banks and much more. The beaches of the Costa del Sol near Torre del Mar are about 40 minutes by car and to Malaga and its international airport it is a 60 minutes drive.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with bath and access to the roof terrace. In front of the living room stretches a large terrace with a swimming pool that offers views over the region and to the coast. The house is equipped with satellite TV.
