LOCATION
This villa is located about 5 minutes by car from Los Romanes above the lake of La Viñuela. In the village and around the lake there are various restaurants, bars and shops. To the Costa del Sol by Velez-Malaga it takes about half an hour by car and to Malaga with the international airport it is an hours´ drive.
HOUSE
The newly built villa has several spacious terraces around the house, one of them with the pool. From the house and the roof terrace there are beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding mountains. In the house there is a very large living room with fireplace, air conditioning and an open plan kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms and two baths. The entire house is in excellent condition and in all rooms there is a television connection.
