Benamargosa: Nice village house with patio

Location

The house is located in a quiet side street of Benamargosa village. The shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. There are banks, a health centre and a summer opening municipal pool in the village. Velez-Malaga with its good shopping facilities is only 20 minutes or so away, and the beaches at Torre del Mar about half an hour. Malaga city and the international airport can be reached in an hour.

The House

The Patio

When you enter into the house you find yourself in the sitting room which has a built-in woodburning stove. To the left is the access, via a small dining room, to the fully fitted kitchen with a door out to a pretty, typically Andalucian patio. Beyond the sitting room there is a second living room and the bathroom with full length bath. A staircase leads up to the first floor. Here there is a single bedroom to the left, a double bedroom with a balcony to the right, and entrance to a further single bedroom.
