Comares: New villa in the country

Location

This property is located below the hilltop village of Comares, at the end of a two kilometre track. Comares can be reached within five minutes and has a variety of small shops, bars and restaurants. The village also retains an attractive Andalucian ambiance, despite its interest to tourists. Velez-Málaga, the capital of this part of the Axarquía, and Torre del Mar on the coast are both reachable within three quarters of an hour.

The House

The Villa is located on the crest of a hill and has fabulous views across the Axarquía. The ground floor consists of a very spacious living room with a chimney. On the same floor there are two further rooms - the kitchen and one of the bedrooms. At the entrance to the house is a covered terrace. At first floor level there are three bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, and a separate family bathroom. The landing opens onto a large roof terrace.
