HOUSE
The villa is set on a platform covered with gravel. In front of the house is a porch with the main door and access to a patio. The main entrance leads to the spacious living-room with an American kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living room by a counter and an arch. Beyond the living room is a small corridor which gives access to three double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. From the kitchen a door leads into a conservatory with an exit to the patio. From the front terrace there are fantastic views to the Mediterranean sea and of the surrounding countryside.
REMARKS
The house is completely tiled, easy to keep clean and has no steps. An internet connection is possible. The house can be rented furnished or unfurnished.
LOCATION
This beautiful villa is located about 10 minutes below the white- washed mountain village of Comares, facing southeast with views of the Mediterranean. In Comares and Benamargosa there are various shops, bars, restaurants and everything you might need for day to day life. The beaches of the Costa del Sol and the lively town of Velez-Malaga can be reached in half an hour, and Malaga in 60 minutes. The environment is ideal for hiking, mountain biking or just relaxing and enjoying nature.
