The house

This four year old villa is located some ten minutes walk from the village of Benamargosa, situated in a peaceful location with breathtaking views across the valley. The house is reached via a dirt track in good condition, and has a large gravel parking area. Via a shaded terrace you enter into the spacious and airy living room with open plan kitchen and dining area. Beyond there is a bedroom with its own shower room, as well as two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Behind the villa is the swimming pool surrounded with terraces. It is furnished throughout in a simple but elegant style in keeping with a rural house. It is surrounded by beautiful gardens with mature shrubbery and fruit trees.
