HOUSE
The house is to be found in a peaceful street. You enter through the front door into the dining-room with the open plan kitchen next to it. The kitchen is fully fitted and comprises a wood-burner. On the other side of the dining-room is a double-bedroom. On the first floor there is a nice sitting room on the landing with an exit to a roof terrace. From the roof-terrace there are lovely views over the roof of Mondron into the country-side. Next to the sitting-room is a double bedroom with en-suite shower-room. Below the house is a store-room with the washing-machine. The entire house has been lovingly decorated and retains many traditional features.
LOCATION
Mondron is a small village belonging to the municipality of Periana. To the north are the mountains of the Sierra de Alhama, whilst to the south the landscape levels out towards the man made lake at La Viñuela. Periana is famous for its olive oil and peach production. In Mondron there are small bars and restaurants, as well as shops which have all day to day necessities. Periana is about ten minutes away and the coast and the busy towns of Velez-Málaga and Torre del Mar about forty-five minutes.
