This modern villa is built on one level; there are no steps or stairs in the house. The main entrance leads into the modern kitchen. The kitchen is separated from the dining room by a worktop. The dining room is bright and airy and has an exit to the terrace. From the dining room wide doors lead into the living room with a built-in wood burner, there is also an exit to a porch. From the dining room a corridor leads to the double-bedrooms. In the corridor and in all the bedrooms there are built in wardrobes which offer a lot of storage space. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. In front of the villa there is a porch and next to it the pool. On one side of the villa there is a shady terrace and 2 utility rooms with a washing machine, extra refrigerator, toilet and an outdoor shower. The garden around the house has been established, there is also a large piece of land on the hillside with several mature olive trees.

LOCATION

The property has an excellent south facing aspect with superb views over the village and outlying hillsides in all directions. Access to the property is by a 1 kilometre track from the village. The location enjoys great privacy although there are several other properties dotting the landscape. Benamargosa is one of the ´white villages´ of the Axarquía and lies in the valley of the River Benamargosa, surrounded by green avocado and citrus plantations. All day to day necessities are available in the village.
