Cosy holiday home in quiet village

Location

Cútar is a small, quiet village in the hills of the Axarquia. Not far from the beaches of the Costa del Sol, you find yourself here in the middle of Andalucia. In the village there are two small shops for day to day necessities, two bar/restaurants, a chemist and a doctor. The next large village is Benamargosa which has many shops and other facilities, only a seven minute drive away. It´s a half hour drive to the coast should you need more extensive shopping or entertainment facilities.

This small but rather nice village house has been fully renovated. Beyond a small terrace you enter into the sitting room with kitchen area to one side. There is a shower room. At first floor level there is one bedroom, a roof terrace and a staircase via which you reach a mezzanine area which could be used as a study or additional sleeping area.

This village house would be ideal for holidays. You can reach many interesting sites - Córdoba, Seville, Granada - or the coast and beaches in very little time.
