El Romo:
Newly finished modern villa in small hamlet

Location

El Romo is a small hamlet some 10 minutes by car from Comares. The houses lie scattered over the hillsides. There is a local bar, which also serves food, where people meet for a game of dominoes, or simply to pass the time. For shopping Comares or Colmenar have everything you could need on a day by day basis – both villages have a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The coast at Velez-Malaga, and Málaga city, are both some 45 minutes drive.

Property

This villa has been recently completed. You reach it via a gateway which leads to a flat gravel covered parking area. There is a veranda at the front of the villa, from which there are beautiful views of the surroundings including Comares village on its hilltop. You enter into a hall via the front door. On the right is the as yet unfitted kitchen. Through the kitchen you reach the living room which has a wood burning stove. Further along the hall you reach a large bedroom, the bathroom and two further bedrooms.
