Location

This Andalucian property is located in the centre of the quiet village of Cutar. Some forty minutes drive from the beaches of the Costa del Sol, you find yourself here in the middle of traditional Andalucia. There are small shops in the village which offer day to day necessities, and two bars. Benamargosa village, a fifteen minute drive away, has supermarkets, restaurants and a summer opening municipal swimming pool.

Kitchen

The house has two entrances. Four rooms are grouped around a large central sitting room. One of these rooms leads through to the bathroom, a laundry room and the kitchen. A hallway off the kitchen leads into another room. At first floor level is a large room with a water supply, which could be converted into a separate apartment.

The house is in good structural condition but does require some small repairs and decoration. There is the possibility to build a roof terrace.
