This property is one of the few properties which has a garden area within the village. It is centrally located in a quiet side-street of Riogordo. One enters the house by passing a vine covered porch and approaches a vestibule and a small passageway. To the left there are 2 double bedrooms and to the right the dinning-room, living-room, bathroom with small bathtub and the fully fitted kitchen with pantry. From the kitchen there is access to the third bedroom above. A spiral staircase leads onto the roof-terrace from which you have fantastic views overlooking the country-side and the village. Behind the house is a big patio with a lemon tree, stairs lead to a upper terrace where the pool is located. There is a BBQ and a lot of space for seating and sunbathing areas. Fro here there are lovely views into the country-side.
Remarks
The house is tiled throughout and comprises of aluminium frame windows and wooden doors. Apart from the kitchen all rooms have heaters.
Location
This house is located in the Andalucian town of Riogordo at approximately 30 minutes from Velez Malaga. In the village there are several shops, bars and restaurants and a variety of crafts and business. Also there is a public school, a health centre and a public swimming pool which is open during the summer months. It takes 45 minutes to drive to Malaga and slightly over 30 minutes to reach the beaches of the Costa del Sol.
